This page explains the procedure for making a reservation online. This plan is exclusive to online reservations.
Reservations made by telephone will be subject to the standard rate. Our hotel accepts reservations even from those who have not registered as members. However, if you become a member, you can cancel your reservation online, so we recommend you complete the membership reservation.
Note that membership reservation is absolutely free of charge.
Step 1
Select the accommodation plan or room type you want.
Step 2
A calendar will be shown. Clicking on one of the days marked with a ● or ▲ (or a number) will take you to the next step.
Step 3
Designate the number of people, and you will then be asked to confirm the number of people. If this is okay, go to the next step.
Step 4
Members should input their login ID and password. Non-members should click “Proceed to reservation page.”
Step 5
Input all the required fields and click “Next.” If the contents are correct, click “Place reservation” to complete your reservation. After a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your reservation is complete. (If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us.)

Enter your reservation number and the e-mail address you used to make the reservation, then click “Pull up reservation information.”
Step 2
When your reservation details appear on the screen, click “Cancel this reservation.”
Step 3
If you wish to add an e-mail address to which we should send the confirmation e-mail, enter the address in “Designate addressee.” Then click “Confirm cancelation.” (If you cannot complete the cancelation, please contact us by telephone.)

Fill in your e-mail address and submit it on the form for receiving a member registration URL.
Step 2
Input all the required fields and click “To confirmation page” If the contents are correct, click “Register” to complete your reservation.
Step 3
After a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your registration is complete. You can use your login ID and password to make reservations in the future.
Once you become a member, you can use your member page to perform the following functions: ■ Confirm reservation details / ■ Cancel reservations / ■ Change or delete membership information * Please note that you cannot change reservations online. You will need to cancel your reservation and place it again, or contact us by telephone.
If you have forgotten your login ID and password, you can request assistance. If you input the e-mail address and telephone number associated with your account, an e-mail will be sent to that address with your login ID and password. The e-mail may take a few minutes to arrive.
